Claúsula de un contrato. En este contexto:

"En ningún caso XXXX podrá emplear a su servicio para la ejecución de las tareas relacionadas con el cumplimiento del presente Contrato a personal en activo del cliente sin previo consentimiento escrito del mismo." (XXXX company name)

De momento tengo:

"In no case may XXXX use, for the implementation of the tasks connected with the execution of this agreement, any of the client’s personnel, without prior written authorization of the same."
