Spanish to English Marketing Marketing / Market Research
Hi, I'd appreciate your help with this term.

Sorry if there isn't much context but they are short answers to a survey. The survey has been given to several marketing departments of a hardware and software company.

Context is:

Thanks :)

gambit

More classic offering.
The word "gambit" was originally applied to chess openings. The broader sense of "opening move meant to gain advantage" was first recorded in English in 1855. Nowadays "play" is used in adspeak for this kind of strategy.

Another, perhaps broader option could be "strategies"...

In fact, (although perhaps overused), "approaches" might work equally well...
