incentive (data capturing) system Explanation: Oliver, your guess seems more or less correct to me: something to do with the design (and implementation?) of a system to automatically calculate the incentives due to sales reps based on the number of clients they have directed to a particular bank. I would assume the CV holder would have played a major part in designing the system (both conceptually and technically) in his role as CIO. |
