blunt/blunt, straight = 直圆手术刀
sharp/sharp, straight = 直尖手术剪

sharp/sharp, curved = 弯尖手术剪

P.S. I believe you could also say "圆/圆手术剪" or "双圆手术剪" or "钝对钝手术剪" .
