I'm not sure whether to use carbohydrates, sugars, or something else for glucídos. Glucides, as offered in the glossary already, doesn't seem to fit here.

You can play around with the way to write it, but I think carbohydrates first and then sugars would be the choices.

I think carbohydrates is the term more often seen in the current scientific bibliography.
