It's a section from a Talent release form and contract which actors have to sign before filming. I am not sure how to translate the word "caption" and this is the section it comes in:
"I agree that my Image and/or Statements may be used alone, with each other, and/or with captions, film, artwork, audio track, photographs, or any other material."
