English term

exclusionary coverage

English to Spanish Law/Patents Law (general) An insurance company leaflet
Hello everyone!
I am translating an insurance company leaflet and I cannot find the Spanish equivalent for exclusionary coverage. I understand by its English meaning that it is a type a coverage that includes everything except what is specifically listed.

Thanks a lot in advanced.

I don't think you can translate this so simply You will have to use a phrase to explain what it is... I will post an example.
Sabrina Esteves (asker) Jun 13, 2013:
More context:
"Here is an example list of items that
are NOT covered under the PREMIUM
exclusionary coverage level:
Routine Maintenance Services & Parts described....."
Silvia Brandon-Pérez Jun 12, 2013:
Please provide more context It is difficult to respond with so little context.

cobertura sujeta a excepciones (o exclusiones); cobertura con exclusiones

Este es un tipo de cobertura que cubre todo lo que no se incluya en una lista de excepciones, como el mantenimiento preventivo. Ver, por ej., http://civil.udg.edu/cordoba/com/LaCasa.htm

cobertura excluyente

Habría que enumerar lo que cubre, y luego especificar lo que no.
