UK Court backs ruling/decision made by Russian court
No need to play geography trivia in the heading: I’d spare the target reader who’s unlikely to know Russia’s geography.
UK Court picks up the torch from Russian court.
UK Court backs enforced collection decision made by Russian court

British justice reciprocated to that of Omsk (Russia) / repaid the Omsk one in the same token, etc.
No context. So I don't know whether it reciprokated with a kiss or a kick. Otherwise I could be more specific.
Discussion
Obiter dictum variant was ticked by an English native speaker who has been living in the UK since birth. I have no further comments re British mentality of my learned hubby :-)) Thank you
2. Present Tense forms work better in headings than Past Tense forms: "supports/endorses/backs/recognizes/enforces..."
3. "Judg(e)ment" seems to work here.
