German term
ÄM DIREKT
German to English
Medical
Medical (general)
Medical report (in the list of medications)
This appears in a list of medications prescribed for the patient, after the name of the medication, APIDRA PATR. SOLOSTAR.
This is the full entry in the list:
APIDRA PATR.SOLOSTAR (ÄM DIREKT) 5 ST
INSULIN GLARGIN 100 IE
Apidra Solostar is an insulin pen. I think "ÄM DIREKT" is the form of administration, but I'm not sure what exactly it stands for. 5 ST (5 Stück) = 5 units/pens.

http://www.proz.com/kudoz/german_to_english/medical_pharmace... might point you in the right direction (see discussion entry by Siegfried Armbruster). "ÄM DIREKT" might be equivalent to "Direktverabreichung Ärztemuster", but I am by no means sure.
