Why not just use the link David supplied last time http://www.cathay-ins.com.cn/UploadFile/main/2014/03/1394078... this entire paragraph is in there:
"That part of any other contract or agreement pertaining to your business (including an indemnification of a municipality in connection with work performed for a municipality) under which you assume the tort liability of another party to pay for "bodily injury" or "property dam-age" to a third person or organization. Tort liability means a liability that would be imposed by law in the absence of any contract or agreement."

Tort Liability

In regards to the sections related to him/her registered as the insured in other contracts or agreements (including the indemnity incurred by work for the municipality), compensation shall be settled with accordance to his/her tort liabilities in terms of “physical injury” or “damage to property” against a third party (a person or institution) on behalf of either party herein, defined in such sections aforesaid. Tort liability is not contractual; so, it is based on law, rather than contract or agreement.

Many many thanks, David.
