Spanish term

[panhipopituitarismo] como toxicidad QT

Spanish to English Medical Medical (general)
Hi. I have a hospital discharge report for a patient with complicated cholecystitis and a urinary tract infection.
Her history is as follows:

DM tipo 2 en tratamiento con dieta. Osteoporosis. Gonartrosis.
I.Q.: metástasis cerebral única . Histerectomía y doble anexectomía."

My first thought was "panhypopituitarism caused by drug-induced QT prolongation" but then I wondered whether QT stood for chemotherapy (quimioterapia) and whether that could be the cause. The more I investigate it, the more confused I get!
If anyone can shed some light I'd be very grateful!

I'm not so sure I've been doing a little research on this, and it appears that panhyopituitarism can be the effect of metastases. In some cases it is actually treated with CT in some cases.

I'm wondering if "como" was meant to be "con".

Chemotherapy induced panhypituitarism

I am infering that the pathology (pituirary gland malfunction) has been brought out by the therapy, which is the common sequence of events.

panhypopituitarism with CT toxicity

I'm only suggesting that "como" may be a mistake for "con".
