Different developments – the SHA guidelines becoming available for discussion, methodo-logical problems phrased by countries in the 2003 OECD NHA expert meeting, the long-term plan of envisaging a SHA revision from 2005 onwards, preparing further implementa-tion support for MS and AC/CC – may require the CG/CARE’s interest already in 2003. This could lead to detailed suggestions to be discussed in the 2004 TG/CARE and WG PH meetings already.
