This is in an appraisal report, the part where describing a particular apartment of a complex:

"Apartamento original de sala, dois quartos, cozinha, 1 banheiro e dependência completa, disposto lateralmente no prédio, voltado para a Rua Alegrete, e banhado pelo sol da manhã."

Not sure if dependência completa is referring to a full bedroom or an office.
