[University's name] Health Center Explanation: As long as it's a medical facility providing heathcare needs for students of the university, "health center" will do as it's commonly used among different US universities. At my university (Indiana University) it's called IU Health Center. At Purdue University, it's Student Health Center. And so forth. I'm sure there are other ways to render. However, it's a hospital (either owned by or directly affiliated with the University) serving all people of the city/metropolitan area/community/etc., then I'd go with "[University's Name] Medical Center".
