Здравствуйте еще раз. Помогите, пожалуйста, правильно перевести название для ролика, по которому я спрашивал все предыдущие вопросы. Изначально название принято таким, так как в ролике водитель, прокатив активиста на капоте несколько километров, утверждает, что он отделается штрафом в 2000 рублей и будет дальше ездить спокойно:

Well, it's very hard to translate such driver's behaviour as usually people involved in accident try to act differently as it's a way to avoid jail time.
However, the closest I can think is "hit and run" or you can say hit and keep running as person plan to do it constantly.
