Overall, of 47 patients with available serial measurements, 34 patients (73%) had some degree of M serum protein and/or urine light chains decrease (median, -7.1%; 95% CI, -20.6% to -3.1%; P = 0.0031 according to the sign test) while on treatment with single-agent plitidepsin.
