Sugiro adaptar para o que de fato, este termo significa. Ao procurar textos em inglês que discorrem sobre Constituted Pension Order, topamos sempre com a explicação do que este significa (que acredito que nem os próprios americanos sabem), e que vem a ser pelo que entendi pelo tanto que pesquisei... nada mais é que a divisão dos fundos de aposentadoria do cônjuge que os recebe com o cônjuge do qual se divorcia.
