The FGTS is based on the worker's earnings, and living allowance (Auxílio moradia) is one of them. Considering the CEF is applying interest and monetary restatement to this amount, I though it was an earning of the worker.
It sounds like it when you say it's an "FGTS statement". If so, then "moradia" refers to this type of home loan and not "auxílio moradia" ......just a thought. Obviously I could be wrong, since I don't have the full text that you're working on.
