PS: In hindsight, and in the light of Charles's comment, I agree that it more likely refers to spares (spare parts), which in Spain would be "piezas". So, it would be something like the "spare parts maintenance section"...

neutral Charles Davis : I'm not sure of the answer to this, but since it seems to be about cars (nafta), isn't it more likely that partes means parts rather than parties? (In Mexico they seem to call them partes rather than piezas.)
