Instead of "Iran's/the Iranian Medical Society", "the Medical Society of Iran" and "the National Medical Society (of Iran) can be used, but I think the first choice is better.


جامعه پزشکی is not a body (as opposed to IRI Medical Council, for example); it's a general term encapsulating all the medical practitioners.


اداره کل can be translated in multiple ways, but the most common ways to translate it are General Directorate and General Department, if I'm not mistaken. Administration and General Office are also okay for that.
