Appears in the composition list of an hair product.
I think it's some kind of extract, maybe "Kukui nut extract"?.
It seems Paul Brown Hawaii hair products have that ingredient in their composition (I found it in a Japanese site), but I couldn't find the list of ingredients in a similar English site.

Koko=coconut
Yashi=palm

So "Kokoyashi-ekisu" is the extract taken from the coconut palm tree.
I cannot imagine the process of it though but...

neutral  Mikito Oki: "Coconut palm extract" seems to exist, but I bet this really means "coconut extract" ...

agree  mstkwasa: I think that "palm" is not necessary, though there is some confusion in English between coco(nut)-palm [Cocos nucifera] and cocoa [Theobroma Cacao], so it may be worth clarifying.

Explanation:
A shampoo I use lists "cocos nucifera" in the ingredients list. In the advertisment it refers to containing "coconut milk". I think this is the more likely translation as I have never heard of anything being extracted from the coconut shell itself!

  -> Good point daisuke. According to a hair products merchant, it is indeed the coconut oil that 'ekisu' refers to. But that is his opinion.
