"crystal" chandelier
This kind of 'lustre' is what we traditionally think of as a 'chandelier' --- glittering, dangly, 'crystal'.
The 'pampilles' are the little dangly pendant thingies that make it look complicated and exotic.
HOWEVER, do note that 'lustre' is used for ANY kind of ceiling-suspended light fitting, so this could be something much more humble, but still with the idea of dangly glass bits.

Reading that last sentence again, I realise that if these are being compared alongside ceramic roses, it probably means they are in fact those small \'chandelier-style\' table lamps, the sort of chi-chi things that are so popular in certain shop displays, standing on glass counters and making jewellery sparkle...
