In EMC testing field, is there any difference among non-compliance, non-conformity and non-conformance?
I am sorry that this is a vague question.
Thank you for your kind help.

intentions and results
Explanation:
Another way of looking at these three terms (considered here without the 'non-' prefix):

'compliance' refers to a manufacturer's intention when designing a new product - e.g. they may set out to design a product that complies with (is in compliance with) the relevant FCC or EU regulations.

'conformity' refers to whether or not the product actually does conform when it leaves the factory. So, even though a product may 'comply', individual samples of the product might not 'conform' owing, for example, to inadequate control over the manufacturing process.

'conformance' comes into play when determining - usually in carefully-controlled test environment - the degree of conformity of a product sample with the product design specification; conformance testing may also be extended to determine whether the design specification is adequate to ensure compliance with the regulations. Conformance testing may be done by the manufacturer (if they have approved test facilities) or by a specialist EMC testing agency, either to prove that samples of the product comply before it goes to market or to resolve disputes if it is later claimed that it does not comply.

not complying

Explanation:
non-compliance = not complying with rules, regulations, procedures, specs, etc

non-conformity = the end product does not conform with specifications

non-conformance = procedures/processes in place do not conform to specifications/regulations,etc.

a lot of differences

Explanation:
Non- compliance: generally it refers to something that is outside the parameters of a certification or a standard.

non-conformity: when something doesn't conform to the fit of it into the other equipment in the field it is recommended for. Like a digital meter being used where a analog is required.

non-conformance: it didn't perform as it was required. it didn't produce the results it was required to.

I am sure between Murie's answer and mine you will understand it.
