mast height
All I could think of is mast height, because the mast is located in the middle of a sailboat. It might also be main-mast height if the boat has more then one mast.

It's not the same thing, and it depends on the context. The term metacentric height is used in reference to boat's stability, while the term mast height is used for the actual height of the sailboat.
