Danish term

liberalt erhverv

Danish to English Bus/Financial Real Estate Commercial Lease agreemen
Hi - I'm trying to express this in terms that would be understandable in English. A direct translation would be rather confusing to English speakers. It appears in the following under the Cleaning clause. Thanks for your help!

Til lejemålet er knyttet renovation i sædvanlig omfang til liberalt erhverv. Lejers yderligere renovationsbehov opfyldes ved !ejers egen foranstaltning og for lejers regning.

quantity of garbage It's about the quantity/type of garbage produced by a liberal profession compared to e.g. a restaurant.
Diarmuid Kennan Sep 18, 2019:
renovation No, this is about garbage collection ('renovation' does not mean the same in Danish and English.

I wonder if taken as a whole, this is describing that the premises are eligible for renovations due to some plan provided by the Lov om leje af erhvervslokaler. Simply saying "linked to/associated with customary renovation for liberal professions" sounds a bit sketchy. Thanks!
