In a contract for sale of a farm property, part of which is sold and part remains in the ownership of the seller, there are some provisions to make sure that both have access to necessities: "...erfdienstbaarheden als nodig zijn om de toestand waarin die onroerende goederen zich ten opzichte van elkander bevinden te handhaven voorwat betreft de toevoer van licht, lucht, uitzicht, afvoer van hemelwater, eventuele INBALKING, inankering en overbouw, ....".
