war risk or acts of war

Take a look at the below. "Molest" seems to have a few definitions in this context....

The insurance cover does not include:
a. loss directly or indirectly resulting from acts of war, including armed conflict, civil war, rebellion, internal civil unrest, riots and mutiny. The
aforementioned six forms of war risk, as well as the definitions thereof form part of the text filed by the Association of Insurers with the court
registry of the District Court of The Hague on 2 November 1981.

I think in your case the definition of "acts of war" would be applicable.
Note from asker:
Hi June, yes, so far I am translating 'molest' in my text as 'acts of war'.
Peer comment(s):

agree philgoddard : It can be divided into "groot molest" and "klein molest". http://www.proz.com/kudoz/english_to_dutch/insurance/856168-...

True! I like this note from the link you have posted: Het risico van groot molest is meestal niet gedekt; klein molest is in de meeste gevallen wel meeverzekerd.
