hyperintense signal
here it is about what we can see on the image, not about the signal اشارة itself eventhough it is related.
hyperintense signal --- is about the area منطقة/موضع/بقعة where it shows brighter than what it should be when it is normal. for example: for a certain tissue or organ, it should show on the image with a certain brightness.

When an area/ or a spot shows brighter than its surroundings, while they are of the same tissue of a organ, then it indicates the area with "hyperintense signal"/"bright signal" ( bright here, it is in a relative sense) could be abnormal.

منطقة عالية الاشارة = hyperintense signal
هذا المصطلح يتعلق بما يظهر في صورة الفحص و لا بالاشارة ذاتها مع أن الذي يظهر في الصورة متعلقة بالاشارة
عالية الاشارة تعني منطقة أو بقعة أو نقطة تظهر أكثر البياض من ما حولها مشيرة إلى حالة غير عادية
