air-tight alu-foil: waraq alumunium muHkam ورق ألومونيوم مُحكم Explanation: The previous translations are good, but muhkam محكم may be more accurate than "muqawa" مقوَ because it implies tightness as opposed to strength. Normally waraq muqawa refers to cardboard, but we do not know whether the package in question is hard or soft, we know it is sealed, hence "muhkam مُحكم". |
