My question is whether this term is better understood than simply leaving the term in English.

canceling the acquire status – for which I suggest ‘已除位’ or matching your style (已消位).

Discussion
The meaning is that a phoneset or CDN is acquired or activated on the switch so that the system recognises it is there. When it is deacquired it is no longer recognised by the system.
You must configure the CDN (Route Point) on the switch and add it on the server before you can acquire it.
Click the check box to acquire or de-acquire the CDN (Route Point). Then, click Refresh Status to refresh the Status box.
If the acquisition is successful, Acquired appears in the Status column. When you successfully de-acquire the CDN (Route Point), Not Acquired appears in the Status column.
