SaaS
One of the greatest advantages of SaaS is “reuse,” which in my own opinion really is the foundation for all other benefits of the paradigm. When you buy into using a SaaS solution for your enterprise, you’re ultimately admitting that you’ve chosen not to reinvent the wheel and will simply leverage an existing solution, one that you can implement faster and cheaper, at a minimum, and where the solution will be “good enough,” if not the best.
这个短语有“相信/接受”的意思,但在这里后面跟了doing结构,不知如何翻译?

I am not very sure but here is what I feel about this "buy into" here:
It does not only mean believing the idea and adopting the solution, but also, and more pertinently, using it or even using it as the main source (or whatever it is). So I'm thinking of:
如果您的企业选择使用/应用。。。
In a sense, "buy into" here is almost like "grow into", or "become accustomed to", but just not so strong.
I can't find a dictionary entry that would define such meanings for "buy into", but here are some examples where "buy into" are used similarly:
"...casino rmlike 2 of my favourite films but in recent years he bought into going in really bad films where..."

"... teams where the players really bought into going against each other. .." http://books.google.com/books?id=7WR3lOb0GyEC&pg=PA125&lpg=P...

: Actually, meaning of some words are vigue. 比如:选择/接受了毒品就是走上了一条不归路。我看不出什么区别。
