一般是08年4月1号,不过要看上下文了,我调查过,采用“月/日/年”的比采用“日/月/年”稍多一些。最好看看上下文。我实际碰到的基本都是“月/日/年”。

Thanks Shirley. There is no way to find out whether the writer is British or American. It's an American company though. I just left there. It's to much risk to pick either one.
也谢谢lbone,上下文看不出来,唉!这个问题有点像12:00PM到底指的是中午和半夜那个问题差不多啊。
