Context:
Such option shall be exercised by giving written notice to that effect ("a Drag Along Notice") at any time before the transfer of the Sellers' Shares to the Third Party Purchaser requiring the Called Shareholders to transfer all their shares ("the Called Shares") pursuant to this Article, the name of the Third Party Purchaser, the consideration for which the Called Shares are to be transferred (calculated in accordance with this Article) ("the Called Shares Price") and the proposed date of transfer.
