The high energy disc system is used to chamfer, rub and polish etc mass-produced parts in a variety of shapes and materials.
In a fixed, cylindrical container rotates a rotary disc, which uses centrifugal force to force the workpieces and abrasive materials outwards upwards on the container wall, until it, according to gravity falls back onto the rotary disc and is again accelerated.
The abrasion or polishing materials (when processing money) come into contact, sliding, in a constantly changing order, the workpieces/coins in a rotating container.
