English to French Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s) employment contract

The Organization will have the unilateral right, which is expressly acknowledged by the Employee, to waive compliance by the Employee with this non-competition provision – and thereby to release itself from the obligation to pay the indemnity provided as consideration therefore – at the latest within the eight (8)-day period following notification of the termination of the Employment Contract to the Employee or by the Employee, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by hand delivered letter against receipt.
