English to French Bus/Financial Law (general) Service agreement

Dans un contrat de services :

"Agency working for a success ONLY fee will be set at ............% of the candidate’s first year annual salary (No STI, Bonus or any other benefits would be considered towards this calculation)..."

Je ne vois pas bien à quoi correspondent les initiales STI ici... Merci !
