Il doit bien y avoir un terme consacré, mais je ne trouve pas (même dans les multiples réponses sur Proz) et je ne crois pas qu'il soit question du cadre du téléviseur, mais je peux me tromper.
Voici la phrase et l'explication donnée par mon client.
phrase :
6mm (¼") total *bezel* width between screens. Creative splits and shifts to the right of the *bezel*.
contexte :
So, these displays are a “matrix” or grid of TV screens put together to make one larger video display. The bezel is the black frame around the screen. New technology is making the bezels thinner and thinner, but they are still there making a “black line” across the creative. But instead of covering the video image that would fall “under” the bezel, the software splits the image and shifts it to the right of the bezel frame.

On peut aussi dire encadrement de l'écran, la différence entre le moniteur et l'écran si on peut dire, ou la partie qui se voit sur un mur d'images, voir ci-dessous "sans cadre" ou "cadre ultrafin"

A l'origine le bezel est une lunette en optique ou photo.
ici il est clair par le texte (The bezel is the black frame around the screen (for grid of TV screens) (c'est le texte)) que c'est un encadrement pour ..
C'est un écran devant l'écran entouré d'un cadre porteur qui s'escamote ou se détache pour nettoyage
