: It is perhaps over-translation to assume that this 'sub-facility' would be a subcontractor; I see it rather as production unit of the parent company specializing in, say, one particular product line; or as a satellite of the main plant.

So it's a "search criteria" - for finding WHAT EXACTLY? "Trends" of what kind?
Try this game: when you get a new text to translate, give if first to someone else to cover everything except 5 - 10 words, and see if these few words are going to make much sense to you.
With what you've given so far, we can only guess if the following field has to be filled with the name of "the owner of (whatever is specified elsewhere)" OR with "s.t. that is being owned by (some entity mentioned elsewhere)"
Depending on what's the preceding text, I can see at least TWO completely different interpretations. And in fact even "owned" might have TWO completely different meanings: "owned" as in "legal ownership" or "owned" as used in management speak!
If the ST is about some publicly available database for "Pharmacovigilance" searchable by anyone on-line, which one it is?
Description: used for searching & trending in the eQMS
Many forms are designed to be a long sentence with blanks to fill.
Giving ONLY the text before ONE field is NO help at all.
