dans un faubourg mal famé de la ville

rough end implique faubourg ou banlieue
par simplement quartier qui pourrait être au centre de la ville

je trouve que mal fréquenté ça fait point de vue bourgeois

ou alors dans un mauvais quartier ou quartie mal famé si on tient à garder quartier
