Problème d'intrusion sur une ligne téléphonique.
Contexte:
Customer that report that they sometimes can not call out because they hear another party on the line or have complained that calls are being made from their line after hours, may be reporting a valid trouble.

I'm sure of "branchement d'abonné" for drop. "En parallèle" is an accurate description of the electrical configuration but doesn't share the connotation that this was not intended by the teleco. "étranger" has possibilities, but I can't find anything to support it's use.
Intrusion is a consequence of this incorrect/unintended/fraudulent (they may be stealing phone service) wiring but not a description of the wiring itself.

merci... j'ai travaillé pour Bell Labs pendant des années pour les systèmes (logiciel et matériel) de measure et d'entretien des circuits d'abonné.
