this is from a list of combine harvester parts.
I have found the following synoyms:
- Rim stop block
- Driver block
- Outboard driver key
- Lock ring driver
and a drawing at http://www.mullins.com.au/emhd-er-3.asp ("Diagram of a 5-piece earthmover wheel...")
but I am lost as to how this part would be called in German.

In the link below the driver key is a fixing option among others. So I prefered the word "Befestigungblock".
"Befestigungsscheibe, Befestigungsplatte" seem to be suitable, too.
