Grundstücksteil

I think it's a recorded piece of ground, but I don't know how to express that in German.

Plat \Plat\, n. [Cf. Plat flat, which perh. caused this spelling, and Plot a piece of ground.]

A small piece or plot of ground laid out with some design, or for a special use; usually, a portion of flat, even ground. [1913 Webster]
http://www.dictionary.net/plat

A description of a specific parcel of real estate which is acceptable to the courts in that state and which allows an independent surveyor to locate and identify it. Usually it uses one of the following methods: government survey metes and bounds or recorded plat (lot and block number).
