1) A summary judgement be entered for the Claimant ....
2) Claimant's cost of action. (That's the full sentence!)
3) The Defendant must pay the cost of this application ...
Does that mean that the Claimant has to bear the costs of action even though a summary judgement was entered for the Claimant? I feel like there is something missing there.
