All milestone shifts and modifications passed through the PSC will be entered into that list, so that it always reflects the current status of planning and the "milestone histories" in a condensed way.
As soon as it becomes apparent that a given milestone cannot be met by the due time shown in the milestone registry, the manager who is responsible for the project has to submit a written milestone warning to the PSC, using the respective pre-defined form.
Based on that, the PSC can recommend to accept a shift of the milestone to a new, well defined date.
A text on project management. What could PSC possibly stand for? Project Service Center???
