Eine Aufzählung verschiedener Gebühren innerhalb eines Vertrages...was ich hierzu gefunden habe, ist ehrlich gesagt nicht zufriedenstellend...Vielen Dank für eure Hilfe!

(a) a fee (the "Construction Management Fee") in an amount equal to six percent (6%) of all project costs associated with the Park (including all hard and soft costs (as those terms are used in the construction industry in the market where the Park is located) relating to any improvements to the Park, including, without limitation, all site development, subdivision work, development and construction work, and interior improvements ***under occupancy agreements for services*** relating to construction management;

The only way it would make sense to me is if the word "and" has been left out by mistake: and interior improvements under occupancy agreements AND for services relating to construction management;
