English term

registered public land mobile network (RPLMN)

English to German Tech/Engineering Telecom(munications)
This is from a patent application for a wireless mobile device:

In some embodiments, the SIM stores phone numbers, contact names and other data entered by the user. The SIM may also store the identity of a registered public land mobile network. The RPLMN identifies the wireless network to which the device was most recently successfully connected to obtain services RPLMN includes a Mobile Country Code and a Mobile Network Code. THE MCC identifies the country in which the mobile device is or was last connected to the wireless provider.

Question: can I leave RPLMN in English, with or without explanation, or is there an established German term?? I'm out of my depth here and would be grateful for any enlightenment.

Many thanks.
