Si tratta di un accordo post-separazione sull'affidamento dei minori. "The parties shall share joint legal custody of the Children and understand the importance of working together cooperatively on the Children's behalf. In this regard the parties agree to discuss together the issues relating to the Children's care and upbringing and to share joint decision-making responsibility for them in the areas of scheduling, education, (...), camp, non-emergency medical and health care, religion, developmental decisions, decisions involving discipline problems, the Children's general welfare and other matters of similar importance affecting the Children whose well-being, education and development shall, at all times, be the paramount consideration of the Parents."
