"samples for comparison in flexural strength were prepared in the following composition", segue la tabella, nella prima colonna della quale vi sono vari componenti, nella seconda le quantità di questi. L'intestazione della seconda colonna dice "Weight (php, for 100 parts of plaster). Per che cosa sta 'sto php?! grazie

strange though as I cannot find any site with php as "per hundred parts", only:
