Mechanical Brake System
The brake system is supplied from the pump system through the pressure- reducing valve (2V01).
The accumulator (2Z01) ensures that braking can be performed without pressure from the accumulators 1Z14 or the pump (1P00).
The solenoid valve (2V03) prevents the oil from flowing back to the oil reservoir when it is activated.In case of repairs on the brake system or when checking the pre-charge pressure in the accumulator (2Z01 and 2Z05), Press , deactivate the solenoid valves (2V02 and 2V03) and open the needle valve (2V09).
Then, relieve the break pressure by pushing in the two-way poppet valve (Pos. 25) and opening the needle valve (Pos. 40) slowly in order not to dump the pressure too fast.
