The Purchaser is entitled to make audits of each Supplier’s work by a questionnaire to the assigner during the Supplier’s working period in order to measure the assigner’s satisfaction with each Supplier.

If the Purchaser and/or the assigner are dissatisfied with a special Supplier for reasons due to the Supplier’s work and/or behaviour, the Purchaser is entitled, without any unnecessary delay, to exchange that Supplier with another Supplier with the same profile as the first.
